Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 21 August 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out what you may and may not do with the Social Posting Pro platform. It forms part of our Terms of Service. We may update it as new forms of abuse emerge.

1. Content you must not publish or store

  • Content that is unlawful, or that promotes or facilitates unlawful activity.
  • Content that infringes any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy or publicity right.
  • Child sexual abuse material, or any content that sexualises minors. This results in immediate termination and referral to the authorities.
  • Content that incites or threatens violence, or that promotes terrorism or violent extremism.
  • Hate speech or content that harasses, bullies, degrades or targets an individual or group on the basis of race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or veteran status.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, doxxing, or the disclosure of another person's private information.
  • Fraudulent, deceptive or misleading content, including financial scams, fake giveaways, phishing and impersonation.
  • Malware, ransomware, or links to malicious or deceptive destinations.
  • Content that violates the rules of the social media platform it is published to.

2. Conduct that is prohibited

  • Spam — bulk, repetitive or unsolicited posting, engagement farming, or artificially inflating reach or interactions.
  • Platform abuse — using the Service in a way that breaches the terms, developer policies or automation rules of any connected social media platform.
  • Unauthorised accounts — connecting an account you do not own or lack permission to manage.
  • Account sharing or resale — sharing credentials, or reselling or sublicensing access to the Service, unless your plan expressly permits it.
  • Circumvention — evading plan limits, quotas, rate limits or billing, or creating multiple accounts to obtain additional free trials or credits.
  • Interference — attempting to disrupt, overload or degrade the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Unauthorised access — probing, scanning or testing the security of the Service, or accessing data that does not belong to you, without our prior written permission.
  • Scraping — automated extraction of data from the Service other than through interfaces we provide for that purpose.
  • Reverse engineering — decompiling or reverse engineering any part of the Service, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
  • Affiliate abuse — self-referrals, fake sign-ups, cookie stuffing, or misrepresenting your relationship with us to earn commission.

3. AI features

You must not use our AI features to generate content that would breach this AUP, to produce deceptive synthetic media of real people, or to attempt to extract the underlying models or system prompts. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before it is published.

4. Responsible security disclosure

We welcome good-faith security research. If you believe you have found a vulnerability, report it privately to security@socialpostingpro.com and give us reasonable time to remediate before disclosing it. Do not access, modify or delete other users' data, and do not run denial-of-service tests. We will not pursue action against researchers who follow this process in good faith.

5. Enforcement

Where we believe this AUP has been breached, we may — with or without notice, depending on severity — remove or disable content, restrict a feature, suspend or terminate the account, withhold affiliate commissions obtained through abuse, and report the matter to law enforcement. Termination for a breach of this AUP does not entitle you to a refund.

6. Reporting a violation

To report content or behaviour that breaches this policy, contact abuse@socialpostingpro.com with the relevant details. To report copyright infringement specifically, follow our DMCA & Copyright Policy.
